There’s a type of person who refuses to ask for help. (You might be one of them!) They may think that whatever mess or challenge they face, it is of their own making. They see nobility in trying to fix it themselves. Independent. Resolute. Self-sufficient. But frankly, they remain stuck and frustrated.
