If you won’t tell anyone else – I'll let you in on a secret. When I was a teenager, I used to knit. Understand, I grew up with three sisters and the sparks flying off their knitting needles intrigued me. So, they taught me to knit, and I didn’t tell any of my guy friends!
Nothing I made was any good, but I knew that what could be made was amazing. The blending of different colors and the interconnection of each strand harmonized into strength, beauty, and usefulness – just like the Church.
This week we will celebrate NAC’s strength, beauty, and usefulness. We will look at the weave Paul points to in Phil.1:1-11. We will arrange ourselves as connected saints. We will stand back and marvel at the tapestry God is creating among us. Come to celebrate.
