Many today feel under recognized. We give it our best, but no one seems to notice. There are no award ceremonies to attend, no pats on the back, not even a simple “thank you” at times. But humans are made to be affirmed by others. Our sense of self is developed in part by what others say about us and what if a change can only come about with our involvement?
